港股异动 | 世茂集团(00813)跌超4% 近期被提清盘呈请 ST世茂面临退市风险
世茂集团(00813)跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.69%，报0.305港元，成交额213.62万港元。
消息面上，花旗发表报告指，受金融资产和物业存货减值拨备各20亿元和30亿元人民币拖累，世茂集团2023财年核心净亏损达145亿元人民币。该行维持其“沽售/高风险”评级。目标价由0.7港元降至0.25港元。世茂集团此前发布公告称，中国建设银行（亚洲）股份有限公司于4月5日向香港特别行政区高等法院提出对公司的清盘呈请，涉及公司的财务义务金额约为15.795亿港元。
此外，4月12日，ST世茂收盘价跌破人民币1元。根据相关规定，在上交所仅发行A股股票的上市公司，如果连续20个交易日的每日股票收盘价均低于1元，其股票可能被上交所终止上市交易。
