君圣泰医药-B(02511)一度涨超42%，截至发稿，涨23.49%，报5.31港元，成交额1238.88万港元。
据悉，君圣泰医药专注于就代谢及消化系统疾病的治疗发现、开发及商业化多功能及多靶点疗法。君圣泰医药已自主开发包含5款候选产品的产品管线，涵盖9种适应症，其中的5个适应症项目已处于临床开发阶段。除核心产品HTD1801外，其他还包括用于酒精性肝炎治疗的HTD4010 的早期临床开发、治疗肥胖症的HTD1804、治疗代谢疾病的HTD1805、治疗炎症性肠病的HTD2802等。
公司本月初曾发公告称，其自主研发的肠肝抗炎及代谢调节剂HTD1801(熊去氧胆小檗碱)的IIb期临床试验已完成患者入组，该试验针对伴有2型糖尿病(T2DM)或糖尿病前期的代谢异常性脂肪性肝炎(简称MASH，又称为非酒精性脂肪性肝炎，NASH)患者。
