“最锋利的矛”折了，投资大腕蔡嵩松涉讼消息传出
投资大腕蔡嵩松最终还是没有逃过法律之网。
根据媒体报道，前知名基金经理、权益投资大腕蔡嵩松的涉讼信息日前曝出。
天眼查信息显示，3月27日，蔡嵩松、曲泉儒、董博雄等非国家工作人员受贿罪、对非国家工作人员行贿罪一案，在金华市中级人民法院开庭，案号为(2024)浙07刑初1号。
蔡嵩松一度曾是百亿级基金经理，也是赛道型投资的代表人物，其管理的基金一度持续长期投资TMT个股，尤其是半导体股，被称为 “活体半导体指数”。
和蔡嵩松一同涉讼的另两人也很可能是金融从业人士。
相关资料显示，有一位名叫曲泉儒的基金经理曾和蔡嵩松同事，但在2022年后离任管理的所有基金。此外，业内也有一位和董博雄同名的券商卖方分析师。但目前未知，涉讼的人物和这两者的关系。
