中国恒泰集团(02011)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，该集团期内取得收入2.67亿港元，同比增加23.6%;权益股东应占亏损6904.3万港元，同比扩大3556.9%;每股基本亏损12.4港仙。
公告称，收入增加乃主要由于拓展新的物业管理业务，为集团带来可观收入。
此外，本业绩公告刊发后，公司将向联交所申请自2024年4月15日上午九时正起恢复其股份买卖。
