新秀丽(01910)：B定期贷款融通再融资
新秀丽(01910)发布公告，于2024年4月12日(生效日期)，其订立日期为生效日期的第二次经修改及重述信贷及担保协议的第1号修订本，据此，其按照日期为2023年6月21日的第二次经修改及重述信贷及担保协议(现有信贷协议，经修订本修订后称“信贷协议”)已就公司及其附属公司(集团)的B定期贷款融通进行再融资。
再融资后的B定期贷款融通(2024年B定期贷款融通)项下的应付利率较现有信贷协议的B定期贷款融通项下先前应付利率低75.0个基点。
2024年B定期贷款融通项下的贷款以原发行折让按发行价格的99.75%发行。
于进行再融资的同时，集团在其循环信贷融通项下借入1亿美元，并利用所得款项将现有信贷协议项下的B定期贷款融通的本金额减少9550万美元。2024年B定期贷款融通项下的借款本金额为5亿美元。
循环信贷融通项下借款目前应付的利率较2024年B定期贷款融通项下应付的利率低77.5个基点。
公司估计，B定期贷款融通进行再融资将导致在生效日期后首个完整年度的现金利息付款每年减少约490万美元。
