力高健康生活(02370)预期2023年度纯利不超过100万元
力高健康生活(02370)发布公告，预期集团截至2023年12月31日止年度将取得纯利不超过人民币100万元，而截至2022年12月31日止年度的预期纯利则不超过人民币1000万元。
公告称，预期纯利减少主要由于向非业主提供的增值服务(尤其是向力高地产集团有限公司(力高地产)提供的前期物业服务项下的售楼处物业服务)产生的收入大幅减少，乃由于截至2023年12月31日止年度力高地产交付的项目数量减少所致;及考虑到中国房地产行业的关联方及第三方的信用风险及财务状况，截至2023年12月31日止年度，对应收第三方及关联方贸易款项、其他应收第三方款项以及应收关联方及非控股权益款项作出减值亏损拨备。
