力高集团(01622)预期2023财年亏损净额同比收窄
力高集团(01622)发布公告，预期集团将取得截至2023年6月30日止6个月亏损净额约人民币1.75亿元至人民币2.25亿元，而截至2022年6月30日止6个月则为盈利净额约人民币1.85亿元。预期由盈利净额转为亏损净额主要是由于受宏观经济环境的不利影响，中国房地产行业整体市场下行，导致该期间集团纳入结算的项目的收益及毛利率降低;及该期间购回优先票据收益下降。
预期集团2023财年将取得亏损净额约人民币15.00亿元至人民币22.00亿元，而2022年财年预期亏损净额约人民币55.00亿元至人民币65.00亿元。2023财年较2022财年亏损净额的预期收窄主要是由于由于宏观市场环境的不利影响及中国房地产行业整体下行所导致的存货拨备较2022财年有所减少;2023财年出售附属公司的亏损下降;由于2023财年合约销售金额大幅减少，导致销售及营销开支下降;及2023财年一般及行政开支减少。
