港股异动 | 广发证券(01776)跌超3%领跌中资券商股 IPO监管再度加码 行业整体监管环境趋严趋紧
中资券商股普跌，截至发稿，广发证券(01776)跌3.47%，报7.51港元；中信证券(06030)跌2.81%，报11.78港元；中信建投证券(06066)跌2.4%，报5.69港元；东方证券(03958)跌1.67%，报2.94港元。
财信证券指出，监管注重市场生态建设，IPO监管再度加码。IPO监管趋严对券商股权承销保荐业务业绩形成不利影响。据wind数据，3月沪深北交易所无IPO企业通过审核，一季度IPO融资规模、再融资规模分别同比下滑64%、70%。
中航证券此前指出，总体来看，未来一段时间内行业整体监管环境趋严趋紧，且结合二级市场的表现，投行等业务或将持续受限。但长期来看，提高上市门槛，加强信息披露检查和惩罚力度，对券商等相关金融机构监管力度的加强，均有利于从源头提高上市公司质量，提升投资者信心，有利于券商长期发展。
