耀高控股(01796)续涨超6%，截止发稿涨6.8%，报5.5港元，成交额200万港元。值得关注的是，公司股价近十个交易日波动加大，期间累计涨幅超70%。
消息面上，4月1日公司发布公告，公司近期与Sanitic Technology(M)SDN.BHD.(Sanitic Technology)签订了战略合作意向书(“战略合作”)，共同发展Meta SpaceX Web3业务。据悉，Meta SpaceX Web3业务旨在为用户提供一个沉浸式、互动丰富且无界限的数字生活空间，通过融合最先进的技术，构建了一个全面的元宇宙平台，覆盖了多个维度，为用户提供独一无二的虚拟体验。
公司认为，该战略合作拟进行的战略合作符合集团的扩展业务发展策略。本次与Santitic Technology的战略合作可为双方带来潜在的利润增长点，此举符合公司及股东的整体利益。正式协议之具体条款和条件需要待公司完成尽职调查后由董事会进行审批。
