港股异动 | 新特能源(01799)再跌近4% 硅料环节已经面临全面亏损 公司延长建议发行A股方案有效期
新特能源(01799)再跌近4%，截至发稿，跌3.74%，报9.27港元，成交额1484.74万港元。
消息面上，4月10日，硅料价格延续下跌态势，N型棒状硅报价环比下跌3.30%，P型致密料报价下跌幅度则高达18.83%，N型颗粒硅报价环比下降5.54%。硅业分会指出，目前硅料环节已经面临全面亏损，面对下游的超低报价，硅料企业表现十分抵触，上下游对于价格分歧逐步加大。
此外，新特能源公告，为保障建议发行A股工作的有效及顺利开展，于2024年4月8日，董事会审议批准有关延长建议发行A股方案有效期的议案及延长相关授权有效期的议案。延长后的有效期为自临时股东大会及类别股东大会(如适用)审议通过上述议案日起12个月。据悉，截至2024年3月31日，因更新财报资料，新特能源IPO中止，距离过会已有大半年。
