港股异动 | 海信家电(00921)涨超3%续刷新高 年内股价累涨超七成 消费品以旧换新文件或将出台
海信家电(00921)涨超3%，高见28.8港元再创上市新高，年内股价已累涨超70%。截至发稿，涨3.23%，报28.75港元，成交额1256.93万港元。
消息面上，国家发改委副主任赵辰昕日前表示，商务部牵头的消费品以旧换新文件已印好，可能未来几天就会正式出台。据财联社消息，该以旧换新文件出台时点或许还会提前，有望本周落地。
信达证券指出，在今年以旧换新、家电回收等多重政策或进一步激发更新需求，空调、冰箱等品类的实际报废率有望得到提升，改善型需求有望同时拉动企业的收入和利润增长。海信家电2023年财报显示，公司去年实现营收856亿，同比增长15.5%；归母净利润28.37亿元，同比增长97.73%。
