中油燃气(00603)：预计2023年年度业绩将于4月22日刊发
中油燃气(00603)发布公告，董事局谨知会延迟列发2023年年度业绩的原因主要由于核数师需要更多时间执行审计程序，尤其确认管道接驳工程建设收入;气损率调整部份支持性文件;固定资产折旧年限的调整支持性文件;提供由独立估值师就集团若干资产减值评估报告并载有估值基准及其方法;及关联方交易相关资料及支持性文件。
截至本公告日期，公司已向核数师提供以上所需文件。核数师仍在查核该等资料及执行审计程序。预计2023年年度业绩将于2024年4月22日刊发。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
