新享时代(08519)：要约人现阶段尚未与任何配售代理或潜在投资者订立正式协议或条款书
新享时代(08519)发布公告，自禁售期结束以来，要约人一直寻求直接在市场上或透过由要约人委任之配售代理出售其股份，以确保公司能符合GEM上市规则第11.23(7)条项下的最低公众持股量要求。
据董事作出一切合理查询后所知、所悉及所信，自禁售期结束以来，要约人一直在考虑适时在市场上实施潜在减持，以确保在考虑到当前股价下，潜在减持不会导致股份交易价格波动性大幅增加。另一方面，要约人亦已与潜在配售代理及投资者就要约人潜在场外出售股份的主要条款进行磋商;然而，截至本公告日期，要约人现阶段尚未与任何配售代理或潜在投资者订立正式协议或条款书。鉴于上述原因，潜在减持可能无法于豁免期内进行，而公司亦可能无法按照GEM上市规则第11.23(11)于紧接GEM豁免期届满后满足最低公众持股量规定。要约人需要更多时间采取适当措施进行潜在减持以恢復公司的最低公众持股。
由于恢复公司最低公众持股量需要额外时间，公司已经向联交所申请将豁免期延长至2024年4月12日至2024年6月11日。
