国银金租(01606)：张克升及刘希普担任非执行董事的任职资格获核准
国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司于今日获悉，国家金融监督管理总局深圳监管局已批准张克升先生及刘希普先生担任公司非执行董事的任职资格。据此，委任张克升先生及刘希普先生为第三届董事会非执行董事自2024年4月10日起生效，并至第三届董事会任期届满之日为止。
经董事会审议通过，张克升先生担任第三届董事会战略决策委员会委员、风险管理与内部控制委员会委员、审计委员会委员及薪酬委员会委员，刘希普先生担任第三届董事会关联交易控制委员会委员及风险管理与内部控制委员会委员，任期自2024年4月10日起至第三届董事会任期届满之日止。
自2024年4月10日起，杨贵芳先生不再担任非执行董事、董事会关联交易控制委员会委员及风险管理与内部控制委员会委员。
