IMF警告全球面临疲软的十年：通胀恐持续，债务水平太高
国际货币基金组织（IMF）总裁对高通胀和高债务两大问题发出预警。
4月12日周四，IMF总裁Kristalina Georgieva在华盛顿的演讲中表示，IMF计划在4月16日即将发布的报告中，将全球经济增长的预测略微上调。
然而，她同时发出警告称，通货膨胀问题尚未彻底解决，大多数国家的债务水平过高，如果不进行政策调整，全球将迎来一个增长缓慢且令人失望的十年。
Georgieva强调，IMF对全球经济增长的中期预测仍远低于历史平均水平，预期仅略高于3%。她呼吁各国央行应避免过早或过晚放宽货币政策，否则这可能引发新的通胀意外，或对经济活动产生不利影响。
她说：“美联储正在谨慎行事。”她还提到，拜登政府正考虑采取措施预防经济过热。她同时警告说，长期强势美元可能影响全球金融稳定。
她建议，各国应致力于将债务降至可持续水平，并通过实施绿色和数字化转型来促进生产力的增长。
她的这些讲话是在IMF即将于下周与世界银行共同举行的春季会议前发表的。有媒体指出，Georgieva有望赢得IMF总裁的第二个五年任期。
