国家开发银行领导班子迎来“新成员”
近日，国家开发银行官网“领导班子”一栏更新，王克冰已任国开行党委委员。
公开资料显示，王克冰出生于1968年12月，1990年7月参加工作。王克冰的履职经历主要在财政系统，曾任天津市财政局预算处处长、市财政局预算编审中心主任，天津市财政局（市地方税务局）副局长。
2011年3月起，王克冰任财政部条法司副司长，后又任财政部预算司副司长、财政部预算司一级巡视员、政府债务研究和评估中心主任、金融司司长。截至发稿时，王克冰仍在财政部金融司官网“领导简介”中司长一栏。
王克冰赴任后，国开行领导层将形成“一正四副”架构。
目前，赵欢担任该行董事长、党委书记，谭炯担任副董事长、行长及党委副书记。王克冰、张辉、王卫东、谢泰峰担任三位副行长、党委委员。宋先平担任中央纪委国家监委驻国家开发银行纪检监察组组长、党委委员。陈梦蒙担任党委委员。
