中国上城(02330)发布公告，(1)潘世民由于需要投放更多时间于他的个人业务，因而辞任主席及执行董事，彼亦终止担任提名委员会主席、薪酬委员会成员及根据上市规则第3.05条所规定之公司授权代表;(2)陈贤由于需要投放更多时间于他的个人业务，因而辞任副主席及执行董事;(3)彭中辉获委任为主席、执行董事、薪酬委员会成员及授权代表;及(4)符永远获委任为执行董事、行政总裁及提名委员会主席，全部自2024年4月10日起生效。
