安德利果汁(02218)控股股东收到法院执行通知书
安德利果汁(02218)公布，2024年4月9日，公司收到控股股东安德利集团通知，其于近日收到烟台高新技术产业开发区人民法院向其发出的(2024)鲁0692执167号《执行通知书》。
目前，该事项未对公司生产经营产生直接重大影响，公司生产经营正常，各项业务均仍在有序进行中。
《执行通知书》主要内容：申请执行人霖安商贸与安德利集团借款合同纠纷一案，烟台高新区法院作出的(2024)鲁0692 民初215号调解书已发生法律效力。申请执行人霖安商贸于2024年4月8日向本院申请强制执行，本院于2024年4月8日立案。依照《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百四十条、《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第四百八十三条的规定，责令安德利集团于收到本执行通知书后三日内履行下列义务：(1) 履行(2024)鲁0692 民初215 号调解书所确定的义务;(2) 加倍支付迟延履行期间的债务利息;(3) 负担案件受理费约人民币23.07万元及执行费。
