COOL LINK(08491)将发行2.99亿股供股股份 净筹约9810万港元
COOL LINK(08491)发布公告，有关“1供3”供股，于2024年3月28日下午六时正(即配售代理配售不获认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售出供股股份的最后时限)，2.57362亿股不获认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售出供股股份中有2.5736亿股由配售代理按每股股份0.335港元的价格配售予十五名独立承配人。
公司将不会发行于补偿安排完成后未获配售的余下1832股未获认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售供股股份，且供股规模将相应缩减。
由于有关供股的所有条件已获达成，供股已成为无条件。公司将配发及发行2.99亿股供股股份，占供股项下供股股份总数接近100%。供股(包括补偿安排)筹集的所得款项总额及净额分别约为1.001亿港元及9810万港元。
