IGG(00799)授出合共96.56万股奖励股份
IGG(00799)发布公告，于2024年4月10日，董事会(包括全体独立非执行董事)根据公司薪酬委员会的推荐意见，议决根据股份奖励计划按以下情况均无偿向身为集团关连人士并为雇员的一名股份奖励承授人(即郑德阳);及身为集团雇员的其他34名股份奖励承授人，授出合共96.56万股奖励股份，已由信托人动用公司向信托人提供的内部资源于公开市场上收购，及须待股份奖励承授人接纳。
将向股份奖励承授人授出的96.56万股奖励股份占公司于本公告日期已发行股本的约0.08%。经计及联交所于授出日期发布的每日报价表所报收市价每股股份3.27港元，96.56万股奖励股份的价值相当于约316万港元。
