正通汽车(01728)：黄俊锋已获委任为新董事会主席
正通汽车(01728)发布公告，自2024年4月10日起，董事会成员及其部分董事的职务发生变更。
由于工作调动需要，李植煌已辞任执行董事。因此，彼亦将不再担任薪酬委员会成员。
由于工作调动需要，王明成已退任董事会主席一职并不再担任提名委员会成员及主席及根据上市规则第3.05条及公司条例第16部项下公司的授权代表;彼将继续担任执行董事及环境、社会及管治委员会主席。
黄俊锋，现任执行董事，已获委任为新董事会主席、提名委员会成员及根据上市规则第3.05条及公司条例第16部项下公司的授权代表。
曾挺毅已获委任为执行董事以及薪酬委员会成员;陈弘已获委任为执行董事。
