中金公司(03908)发布公告，因工作变动，董事会同意如下调整，自2024年4月10日起生效：(1)吴波不再担任公司总裁、首席财务官及管理委员会成员职务;(2)由董事长陈亮代为履行总裁职责，至公司聘任新任总裁之日止;及(3)由管理委员会成员徐翌成代为履行首席财务官职责，至公司聘任新任首席财务官之日止。
