弘业期货(03678)：弘苏实业因司法强制执行而减持公司股份超过1%
弘业期货(03678)公布，公司近日获悉，弘苏实业因司法强制执行而透过集中竞价交易及大宗交易减持公司股份超过1%。
于2024年1月12日至2024年4月9日期间，弘苏实业持有的约1133.99万股A股(占公司已发行股本总额约1.13%)已由弘苏实业处置(股份减持)。于股份减持前，弘苏实业合共持有约1.33亿股A股，占公司已发行股本总额的约13.23%。紧随股份减持后，弘苏实业合共持有约1.22亿股A股，占公司已发行股本总额的约12.11%。
