由于黄伟明在其他业务领域的责任日益繁重，黄伟明已辞任公司独立非执行董事﹑审计委员会主席及薪酬委员会委员职务，由2024年4月 10日起生效。
独立非执行董事钟瑞明已获委任为公司的审计委员会主席并将继续担任公司的提名委员会主席，由2024年4月10日起生效。
