中集集团(02039)：吴三强将担任公司秘书
中集集团(02039)发布公告，香港联交所已确认，根据香港联交所证券上市规则第3.28条，吴三强符合资格担任公司秘书，有能力独立履行公司秘书职能。自2024年4月10日起，吴三强将担任公司秘书。
何林滢已辞任公司联席公司秘书之职务，辞任后何女士将担任公司之助理公司秘书，自2024年4月10日起生效。
