保德国际发展(00372)：Martyn James Pullin及David Antony Willis均将获委任为Cupral联席管理人
保德国际发展(00372)发布公告，于2024年4月9日(英国时间)，Cupral Group Limited(Cupral)(一间于英国注册成立的有限公司，并为公司90%附属公司)于英国作出委任管理人的通知存案，据此，鉴于Cupral业务表现及财务状况不佳，根据英国1986年破产法，FRP Advisory Trading Limited的Martyn James Pullin及David Antony Willis均将获委任为Cupral联席管理人。委任管理人将令禁止Cupral债权人任何法律行动的法定延缓得以生效，从而令管理人可为债权人利益促成有序变现其资产。
于委任后，Cupral业务的法律控制权将由Cupral董事转移至作为Cupral事务代理的管理人，因此，Cupral的财务业绩于委任后将不再与集团的财务业绩综合入账，惟须待公司核数师确认后，方可作实。
