康宁杰瑞制药-B(09966)发布公告，JSKN003用于治疗晚期╱转移性实体瘤患者(壁报展板编号：7;摘要编号：CT179)的I期临床(编号： JSKN003-101)的结果已在2024年4月5日至2024年4月10日举行的2024年AACR年会上于壁报展示期间呈列。有关结果概述如下。
：JSKN003在既往经多线治疗的晚期╱转移性实体瘤患者中耐受性和安全性良好，且显示出令人鼓舞的初步抗肿瘤活性。血液毒性和ILD的发生率低(仅1例患者发生2级ILD)。截至2024年3月15日，所有入组患者均已完成DLT观察期，未发生DLT事件，MTD尚未达到。
