胡桃资本(00905)拟按“2供1”基准进行供股 最高净筹约5500万港元
胡桃资本(00905)发布公告，公司建议以认购价每股供股股份0.162港元按于记录日期每持有2股现有股份获发1股供股股份的基准透过发行3.502亿股供股股份，以筹集所得款项总额最多约5700万港元。
估计供股所得款项净额将约为5500万港元。公司拟将供股的所得款项净额1500万港元用作一般营运资金，余下款项约4000万港元用于未来投资。
