山东黄金(01787)香港全资子公司拟向交通银行(香港)申请3000万美元循环贷款
山东黄金(01787)公布，山东黄金矿业(香港)有限公司为公司在香港设立的全资子公司，为满足香港公司及其子公司生产运营、存量融资到期置换以及资本支出等资金需求，有效利用境外资金市场，拟与交通银行(香港)有限公司签订《综合授信合同》，根据协议约定，交通银行(香港)有限公司将向香港公司提供3000万美元一年期循环贷款，本次贷款用途为香港公司及其子公司生产运营、存量融资到期置换以及资本支出。
