源想集团(08401)拟折让约19.94%发行合共约4000万股认购股份
源想集团(08401)发布公告，于2024年4月9日，该公司(作为发行人)与六名认购人订立六份认购协议，认购人已有条件同意认购及公司已有条件同意按认购价每股认购股份0.1265港元配发及发行合共约4000万股认购股份。
认购股份占扩大后公司已发行股本约16.67%。认购价每股0.1265港元较2024年4月9日收市价每股0.158港元折让约19.94%。
认购事项所得款项净额(经扣除认购事项其他开支后)将约为501万港元。预期认购事项的有关所得款项净额将用于结算应付账款及用作本集团一般营运资金。
