中国金茂(00817)获控股股东中化香港增持1750万股
中国金茂(00817)发布公告，董事会获公司控股股东中化香港(集团)有限公司(中化香港)通知，为彰显对公司未来发展的信心及对公司股票长期投资价值的认可，中化香港于2024年4月9日以其自筹资金在香港联合交易所有限公司场内购入公司1750万股普通股。
于本公告日期，中化香港实益拥有公司约50.24亿股普通股，约占公司已发行股份总数的37.22%。根据通知，中化香港将确保不会因增持计划实施而导致中化香港及╱或与其一致行动的人士触发于公司收购及合併守则规则第26.1条下的强制要约责任。
于本公告日期，根据公司可得资料及就董事所知和所信，公司仍维持已发行股份的足够公众持股量。
