四川成渝高速公路(00107)委任罗祖义为董事长及执行董事
四川成渝高速公路(00107)发布公告，于临时股东大会上，罗祖义先生获选举为公司第八届董事会执行董事，任期自临时股东大会之日(即2024年4月9日)起至公司第八届董事会任期届满之日止。
于紧接临时股东大会后举行的公司第八届董事会第十五次会议上，董事会同意委任罗祖义先生为根据联交所上市规则第3.05条下的公司授权代表，自2024年4月9日起生效。
董事会亦通过以下议案：委任罗祖义先生为公司董事会董事长;委任罗祖义先生为董事会战略委员会主任委员;及委任罗祖义先生为董事会提名委员会委员。任期自2024年4月9日起至第八届董事会任期届满为止。
