LHN(01730)附属拟成立合资企业以收购物业
LHN(01730)发布公告，于2024年4月9日，公司的间接全资附属公司Coliwoo Holdings与合资伙伴Macritchie Developments Pte. Ltd.成立了一家新的合资企业。于同日，Coliwoo Holdings、合资伙伴及合资公司等各方已签订合资协议，当中载有合资公司的合资安排。
成立合资企业旨在收购该物业，即位于50 Armenian Street, Wilmer Place Singapore 179938的物业。于本公告日期，合资公司已获授可购买该物业的购买选择权，但该选择权仍未获行使。该物业目前作办公用途，底层设有商铺。
签订合资协议及根据合资协议拟成立合资企业将使集团能够扩大其空间优化业务分部的共居物业供应，并进一步提升集团COLIWOO的品牌价值。
