星空华文(06698)：灿星公司与华纳公司的案件已移送上海市第二中级人民法院
星空华文(06698)发布公告，近日，该公司的关联公司上海灿星文化传媒股份有限公司(以下简称“灿星公司”)收到上海市第一中级人民法院送达的(2023)沪01民初129号《案件受理通知书》及《传票》，上海市第一中级人民法院于2023年9月15日受理案件，原定于2024年4月9日下午14时开庭审理，现因被告华纳唱片中国(香港)有限公司(以下简称“华纳公司”)提出管辖权异议，上海市第一中级人民法院裁定该管辖权异议成立，该案目前已由上海市第一中级人民法院移送上海市第二中级人民法院，上海市第二中级人民法院已于2024年4月8日立案。
由于案件尚处于法院已受理尚未开庭阶段，最终判决结果、执行情况等存在不确定性，最终影响将以法院审理结果及年度审计结果为准。本公司全力支持配合，积极提供一切必要协助。
