交运燃气(01407)委聘信永方略风险管理为内部控制顾问进行审查
交运燃气(01407)公布，于2024年4月9日，公司委聘信永方略风险管理有限公司为其内部控制顾问进行审查，以识别公司根据上市规则第十三章监管其持续责任的内部控制政策的任何不足之处、上市规则第十四章项下的须予公布交易、上市规则第十四A章项下的关联交易及根据香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XIVA部披露内幕消息的责任，并就加强相关内部控制政策提出建议。
