前美联储“鹰王”布拉德：今年降息三次是基准情形
市场转向押注不降息甚至加息之际，曾经的大鹰派、前美联储高官布拉德释放了明显的鸽派信号。
当地时间周二，前圣路易斯联储主席詹姆斯·布拉德接受媒体采访时表示，今年降息三次是基准情形，理由是通胀率正在向美联储目标靠拢，而经济仍然保持弹性。
布拉德表示："目前应该按照委员会和主席的字面意思理解，他们现在的基准预测仍然是年内降息三次，这是基本情况。"
此前，他在香港汇丰全球投资峰会上表示："你看到的是一个非常成功的政策，以及一个相当强劲的经济，所以现在美联储在很多方面进展顺利。"
布拉德还表示，经济数据已经证明应该降息。布拉德去年离任圣路易斯联储主席一职，现在是美国普渡大学商学院的院长。
美联储3月公布的点阵图显示，年内将有3次降息，与此同时，美联储主席鲍威尔表示，央行并不急于放松政策，需要更多证据表明通胀正在持续缓解。
