LET GROUP(01383)发布公告，于2024年4月5日，公司接获联交所函件，当中联交所列出以下公司的复牌指引：证明概无与集团管理层诚信或品德及╱或对公司管理层及营运有重大影响力的任何人士的诚信或品德有关的合理监管疑虑，从而令投资者承受风险及损害市场信心;刊发所有尚未公布的财务业绩及处理任何审核修订;证明其已遵守上市规则第13.24条;重新遵守第3.10、3.10A、3.21、3.25、3.27A及13.92条;及向市场公布所有重要资料，以供公司股东及其他投资者评估公司的状况。
