丽新发展(00488)拟出售Bayshore Development的10%股权
丽新发展(00488)及丽新国际(00191)联合公布，于2024年4月8日，丽新发展的全资附属Peakflow Profits Limited拟向Grand Design Development Limited出售Bayshore Development的10%股权， 初步代价为约14.216亿港元。基于初步代价，预期丽新制衣集团及丽新发展集团各自将就出售事项取得亏损约1.55亿港元。
据悉，Bayshore Development为该物业的唯一法定及实益拥有人。该物业位于香港商业中心区。该物业楼高38层，提供总建筑面积约42.9万平方尺(不包括停车位)的办公室楼面。
于本联合公布日期，Bayshore Development分别由买方及卖方拥有90%及10%。于完成后，买方将持有Bayshore Development的全部股权。买方为友邦保险(01299)的间接全资附属公司。
公告称，出售事项可使卖方变现物业投资价值，从而提升丽新制衣集团及丽新发展集团整体的现金流量及财务状况。
