于该收购事项前，附属公司于该收购事项当日前12个月期间内透过在纽约证交所进行场内交易合共收购10万股Newmont股份(相当于Newmont于本公告日期全部已发行股本约0.009%)，总代价约为376.5万美元(相当于约2943.3万港元)(不包括交易成本)，即每股股份约37.65美元(相当于约294.33港元)。
