亚盛医药-B(06855)发布公告，公司获公司执行董事兼董事会主席杨大俊知会，于2024年4月5日及2024年4月8日，他于场内认购合共8万股公司普通股，总代价约为136.62万港元，平均价约为每股股份17.08港元，占本公告日期公司已发行股本总额约0.028%。
于本公告日期，根据香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XV部，杨博士被视为透过作为实益拥有人的权益、与其他人士共同持有的权益、配偶权益以及作为全权信托委托人于合共6481.59万股股份中拥有权益。因此，于认购事项完成后，杨博士将被视为于合共6489.59万股股份中拥有权益，占本公告日期公司已发行股本总额约22.36%。
据杨博士告知，认购事项标明他对公司前景的信心。于2024年4月3日至2024年4月8日期间，杨博士认购合共18万股股份。
