浙江世宝(01057)因定增控股股东世宝控股持股比例被动稀释超过1%
浙江世宝(01057)公布，根据中国证监会《关于同意浙江世宝股份有限公司向特定对象发行股票注册的批复》(证监许可〔2023〕1457 号)，公司向特定对象发行 A 股普通股约3298.77万股，本次发行新增股份将于 2024 年 4 月 10 日上市，公司的总股本由约7.896亿股增加至8.226亿股。公司控股股东浙江世宝控股集团有限公司(以下简称“世宝控股”)未参与本次发行。本次发行完成后，公司控股股东世宝控股持有公司股份数量保持不变，持股比例由37.40%被动稀释至 35.90%，被动稀释比例超过 1%。
