港股异动 | 晋景新能(01783)午后涨超8% 每手买卖单位已改为1000股 有助为公司吸引更多投资者
晋景新能(01783)午后涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.78%，报3.6港元，成交额387.53万港元。
消息面上，晋景新能近日公告，股份于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位将由10,000股股份更改为1,000股股份，自2024年4月2日上午九时正起生效。 董事会认为，减少每手买卖单位将降低每手买卖单位的价值，从而降低投资者购买股份的门槛，提高股份的流通程度，而此举将有助公司吸引更多投资者并扩大公司的股东基础。
值得注意的是，今年2月，晋景新能与国轩高科全资子公司合肥国轩签订了双方将在全球范围内共同开发和推广动力电池回收业务的备忘录。根据合作框架，双方将在美国、欧洲和东南亚建立联合所，重点电池回收政策；并在德国及美国共同投资、建立及经营电池回收业务。同时，未来双方有在资本市场中进一步合作的可能。
