港股异动 | 光大环境(00257)涨超6% 收入结构持续优化 自由现金流显著改善
光大环境(00257)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.29%，报3.21港元，成交额6066.79万港元。
消息面上，中信证券指出，光大环境收入结构持续优化，令公司盈利能力进一步爬升，带动去年的毛利率及净利率，分别按年上升至43%及13.8%。该行亦表明，虽然环保行业发展有明显放缓，不过光大环境于市场开拓方面有所斩获，去年共投资落实40个新项目及2份现有项目的补充协议，总投资额达48.16亿元。
东吴证券表示，公司2023年还原后真实的经营性现金流净额约75亿港元，资本开支约78亿港元，两者差额同比大幅收窄，自由现金流呈显著正向改善趋势。公司成立应收账款管理小组，加强考核，多措并举改善应收账款回款水平，2023年下半年处理费回款情况环比改善。该行预计经营性净现金流有望随运营性收入的增长同步向上，2024年公司在建规模和资本开支将持续下降，自由现金流迎转正节点。
