港股异动 | 微创医疗(00853)高开逾3% 公司获1.5亿美元贷款 拟用于偿还债券
微创医疗(00853)高开逾3%，截至发稿，涨3.4%，报7港元，成交额494.9万港元。
消息面上，微创医疗宣布，获得1.5亿美元可换股定期贷款融资，以偿还2026年可换股债券未偿还款项约4.48亿美元。公司与原贷款人签订协议，年利率5.75%，有望增加不超过5000万美元。预计所得款项净额约1.45亿至1.95亿美元，用于偿还债务、支付费用及一般企业用途。据悉，原贷款人A、原贷款人B及原贷款人C均为高瓴投资管理及控制。
公告还显示，微创医疗正与多家金融机构沟通，预计获得超3亿美元信贷支持。根据微创医疗此前公布的2023年年报，公司拥有需在2024年6月到期赎回的本金额为4.48亿美元的可换股债券，以及需于2024年到期偿还的短期银行借款2.95亿美元。截至2023年末，公司现金及现金等价物为10.19亿美元。
