世茂集团(00813)低开超5%，截止发稿跌5.49%，报0.43港元，成交额27.11万港元。
消息面上，公司4月8日在港交所公告，中国建设银行(亚洲)股份有限公司于2024年4月5日向香港特别行政区高等法院提出对公司的清盘呈请，涉及公司的财务义务金额约为15.795亿港元。公司认为该呈请并不代表公司境外债权人及其他相关方的共同利益。为保障其相关方利益，公司将极力反对该呈请，并继续推进境外债务重组以最大化其相关方的价值。
此前，公司公布2023年业绩，营业额约为人民币594.64亿元，毛利约为人民币58.48亿元，同比增加约10.7%。2023年合约销售额为人民币428.22亿元，合约销售面积为294.7万平方米。于2023年12月31日，该集团的土地储备约为5105万平方米(权益前)。
