优必选(09880)拟申请H股全流通
优必选(09880)发布公告，董事会已于2024年4月7日审议并批准建议H股全流通。于获得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会发出的备案通知及联交所的批准)并遵守所有适用法律、规则及法规后，1.87亿股内资股将转换为H股，且本公司将向联交所申请该等H股于联交所主板上市交易。
