联华超市(00980)与百联财务及百联集团订立金融服务协议
联华超市(00980)发布公告，由于现有金融服务协议将于2024年12月31日届满，公司与百联财务及百联集团于2024年4月7日订立金融服务协议，以重续现有金融服务协议项下的交易，百联财务同意根据该协议的条款及条件向集团提供存款服务、贷款服务及其他金融服务，期限自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止(包括首尾两日)。
