因业务发展需要，公司拟筹备在中国境内的证券交易所上市(建议A股上市)，建议A股上市的辅导机构为中国国际金融股份有限公司。建议A股上市尚处于前期筹划阶段。截至本公告日期，公司尚未向中国的任何相关监管部门提交任何正式的上市申请。
