资本管制国家的外汇交易工具：NDF
在资本管制的过程中诞生了很多交易工具，这些交易工具至今都在市场上非常活跃，包括NDF（Non-deliverable Forward）。
为什么有NDF？因为不可交割和资本管制。亚洲国家在经历了1997-1998年金融危机后，一下进入到资本管制阶段，以印尼、马来西亚、印度、韩国等为例，想购买某支股票，需持有一个ID，类似于QFII，外国投资者要有自己的ID，声明我是买什么股票，出示相应的证据表示我买了股票才可以换到相应数量的外汇，都有着严格的资本管制......
