交银国际(03329)发布公告，于2024年4月4日(于提早届满时间前)，交银证券(公司的直接全资附属公司)已根据要约人(SiriusPoint Ltd.)就要约及徵求同意书出具的要约声明的条款及条件，交出本金额为2330 万美元的票据(SiriusPoint Ltd.发行于2026年到期的4.6%优先票据)并交付同意书。倘交银证券交出的票据获要约人接纳并付款，预期交银证券将就出售事项收取总代价约2376.44万美元。
